Hyundai launches the sixth edition of the annual 'Always Around' campaign
The carmaker will setup up camps at popular locations in your city to run a 17-point check-up of your Hyundai car.
It’s
that time of the year when carmakers organise various camps for monsoon
maintenance, free check-ups, new service initiatives etc. to strengthen
their rapport with the customers. Hyundai has been one such carmaker
who is at the forefront of organising car maintenance / check-up camps
under the ‘Always Around’ banner. Now in its sixth edition, the ‘Always
Around’ campaign will soon commence for 2012 and Hyundai aims to reach
as many as 110,000 customers across 8,800 locations in India. Hyundai
expects to have 7,500 registrations for these camps which will span
across 110 cities in India.
To make life easier, Hyundai will reach out to the
customers instead of the customers having to go to a Hyundai dealership.
These camps will therefore be seen at popular locations like jogger’s
parks, multiplexes, malls, residential townships etc. The Hyundai
professionals will aim at providing the car-service, clean-ups and
check-ups while the customer is busy shopping at the mall, watching a
movie, or burning some calories!
Announcing the launch of the campaign, Mr. Arvind Saxena,
Director, Sales & Marketing HMIL, said, “At Hyundai we always aim at
providing our customer with a trouble-free experience right from the
sales process. We invest heavily on research for understanding the needs
of our customer and accordingly deliver products and put in our best
efforts towards after sales services. The ‘Hyundai Always Around’
campaign is aimed at reinforcing our bond with our valued customers. It
has been a great success over the years as we have been witnessing huge
response from our large customer base. We are confident that this year
as well our customers will benefit from this programme and we will be
able to carry forward our relationship to the next level.”
