BMW reveals the new 7 Series

The upgraded model of BMW 7 Series is seen with a host of engine and performance updates, not to mention luxury and infotainment fittings. Improvements are seen in its upgraded interior where optimized soundproofing, improved ride quality and up to date safety equipment has ensured that the BMW ActiveHybrid 7 stands apart in performance and efficiency.
On its body is a new set of LED headlamps with corona rings and accent strip. It possesses a new kidney grille and nine slats as against its earlier 12 while its front apron is given a complete makeover as compared to its predecessor.  BMW has ensured a brand new set of interiors complete with new leather seats of top quality material.
The front two seats offer premium lateral support while specially suited for long distance travel. Buyers will be given the option of purchasing the new 7 Series with individual rear seats. The entire cabin is cocooned from any possibility of external noise while an optional rear seat entertainment system package offers a 9.2 inch flat screen monitor. A 1200 watt Bang and Olusfen high end surround sound system ensured top class sound quality.
New engines offer high level of fuel efficiency with upto 25% less fuel consumption and low auto emissions. Technology such as auto start-stop function, brake energy regeneration and driving experience control switch for ECO PRO mode have been added.

Last but by no means the least, is its powerplant which consists of a 12 cylinder for the BMW 760i. BMW 740i is also seen with a new TwinPower Turbo six cylinder in-line engine while the BME 750i has a revised V8 engine. Six cylinder diesel engines in BMW 730d and 740d also offer increased output and low fuel consumption. The new 2013 7 Series arrives in US BMW center showrooms in late summer 2012, except for the ActiveHybrid 7 which arrives in early fall.
